Obituary : South Bend Tribune   1/2/1952 
Frank Clem, aged 58 of Elizabeth, NJ, an engineer with the (Western Electric per MaryJane Clem not)Westinghouse Electric company, died there Tuesday night.  He was born in South Bend and left here 15 years ago.  Surviving are his widow, a daughter, Mary Jane Clem and an aunt Mrs Clara Miller, of South Bend.  Friends may call in the Welsheimer funeral home here after 3pm Friday until funeral services there at 10:30 am Saturday.  Rev Frank Cleveland Martick, pastor of Westminster Presbyterian church, will officiate.  Internment will be in Riverview cemetery.
