June 15, 1952 - May 13, 2010NORTH LIBERTY - Lorna C. Close, 57, of North Liberty, IN, passed away at 4:30 am Thursday, May 13, 2010 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. Lorna was born June 15, 1952 in South Bend and resided in the area her lifetime. She has one surviving daughter, Margaret A. (Christopher) Rzepczynski of Plymouth, IN., and one son, Loren Thomas Fouts, also of Plymouth, IN. Along with one surviving sister, Sandra E. McNeal of South Bend, and two brothers, Karlos L. (Paula) Correll and Logan A. Correll of North Liberty. Her parents, Loren A. and Genevieve M. (Rhode) Correll proceeded her in death. Lorna worked at Federal Mogel Corp., South Bend, IN, prior to her illness. She loved the country life along with collecting miniature cows and Trolls. She loved to travel and especially loved spending time with her family and friends. Visitation will take place at Hanley and Sons Funeral Home "Walkerton Chapel" located at 1216 Roosevelt Rd., Walkerton, IN, from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 16, 2010. Funeral services will be held at 11:-- a.m. Monday, May 17, 2010 at Hanley & Sons Funeral Home "Walkerton Chapel". Memorial contributions may be made to the family at: 504 S. Roosevelt Rd., Knox, IN, 46534 to assist with medical expenses.
