Sister M. Rose CSC, 80, of the Holy Cross Convent, died there late Tuesday. She was born Adeline Cole in Michigan in 1861 and spent 63 years in the Congregation of Sisters of the Holy Cross.

The funeral will take place Thursday morning at the convent, with burial in the community cemetery.
