Sister Mary Paracelita CSC, 68, died this morning in St. Mary’s convent. She was born on April 5, 1904 in Blackfoot, Idaho and entered the Congregation of the Sisters of the Holy Cross as Eula Catherine Cosgrove, coming from Blackfoot on June 19, 1926. She made her profession of vows on Jan. 6, 1929. She was an artist and taught art in secondary schools in Indiana, California, Arizona, Idaho and Utah. She taught at St. Joseph Academy and St. Patrick’s School in South Bend. She had resided at the convent for a month.

 

Friends may call until the time of sercives at the convent parlors, where a rosary will be recited at 7:15 p.m. Thursday. Services will be at 7 a.m. Friday in the Church of Our Lady of Loretto, and burial will be in Our Lady of Peace Cemetery.
