William Theodore Crabb, 1254 N. Meade St., died at 1:40 p.m. Wednesday in Memorial Hospital after three months’ illness. He was born in Bucyrus, O., Oct. 12, 1862, and came here in 1902 from Streator, Ill. He was married in 1883 in Knox, Ind. to Olga McDonald, who survivies. He was retired railroad conductor for the former Three I Railroad.
Surviving also are two daughters, Mrs. V.B. McGrew, of Hinsdale, Ill., and Mrs. Paul T. Carlson, of Glendale, Mo.; a son, William R. Crabb, of Highland Park, Ill.; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
He was a member of Indiana Avenue Christian Church.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. Friday in the Welsheimer Fureral Home where the funeral will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday. Rev. James e. Ellerbrook, pastor of Indiana Avenue Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Knox.
