Floyd W. Culp Sr.

July 21, 1923-Feb. 16, 1995

MISHAWAKA - Floyd W. Culp Sr., 71, of 529 W. Battell St., died at 6:44 p.m. Thursday in St. Joseph Hospital. Mr. Culp retired from Adams Engineering, South Bend, after 15 years of employment. He was born July 21, 1923, in Mishawaka. On March 17, 1992, he married Kay F. Hook. She survives with three daughters, Shirley Marvin of Decatur, Ala., Patricia Keller of White Pigeon and Pamela Cole of Tucson, Ariz.; five sons, Lloyd of Decatur, Robert, Randy and Floyd, all of Mishawaka, and Rick of Thermopolis, Wyo.; a stepson, John Hook of Mishawaka; 17 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three sisters, Bertha McPhail, Ruby Chitty and Gladys Culp, all of Mishawaka; and a brother, George Bemis of Mishawaka. A son, Fredrick Culp, died in 1989. He was a member of Victory Chapel General Baptist Church, Elkhart, and an Army veteran of World War II.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in the church. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main St.
