MISHAWAKA - Edna M. Cummins, 85, of Broadway Street, died at 12:35 a.m. today in St. Joseph Community Hospital. Mrs. Cummins was born Nov. 26, 1910, in Newton, Mass.

As Edna M. Ray, she married George S. Cummins Sr. He died June 19, 1981. She is survived by a daughter-in-law, JoAnn Cummins of Mishawaka; and four grandchildren, Karen Sikora of Mishawaka, Katherine Dudeck of Granger, Kevin of South Bend, and James of Mishawaka; and seven great-grandchildren. A son, George S. ''Pinky,'' died Oct. 31, 1992.

She was a member of St. Monica's Catholic Church. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in the church. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday in Hahn Funeral Home, where a wake will be at 3:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the church building fund.
