SOUTH BEND - Ethel B. Cummins, 95, of Plant City, Fla., formerly of South Bend, died Tuesday in Plant City Healthcare of natural causes. Mrs. Cummins was born Aug. 13, 1898, in St. Joseph County and lived in South Bend until 1983. She is survived by a daughter, Kathryn Liggett of Plant City; and a sister, Helen Anderson of South Bend.

Services will be at 3:30 p.m. Friday in Wells Memorial Funeral Home, Plant City. Burial will be in Hopewell Memorial Gardens, Plant City.
