SOUTH BEND — Louise H. Cwidak, 95, of Bertrand Street, died Wednesday in Regency Place.

 

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Stanuslaus Catholic Church. Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday in St. Joseph Funeral Home, 824 S. Mayflower Road, where a rosary will be said at 4 p.m.

Louise H. Cwidak, 95, of Bertrand Street, South Bend, died at 6 a.m. Wednesday in Regency Place.

She was born March 31, 1906, in South Bend, and was the daughter of Stanley and Severina (Piotraswka) Cwidak. Miss Cwidak retired from the University of Notre Dame.

 

She is survived by two nieces, Lorraine Wensits of South Bend and Dolores Zekan of Florida; one nephew, Norman Cwidak of Elkhart; and many great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Young; four brothers, John Cwidak, Frank Cwidak, Stanley Cwidak and Roman Cwidak and a nephew, Robert Cwidak.

 

Family and fiends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday in the ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Road, where a Rosary will be said at 4 p.m. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church with entombment to follow in the Resurrection Gardens Mausoleum in the St. Joseph Cemetery. Miss Cwidak was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, the Confraternity of the Most Holy Rosary and the Harvest House, both of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, 415 N. Brookfield St., South Bend, IN 46628.
