SOUTH BEND - Eva D. Daily, 89, of Norwich Court, South Bend, Ind., died at 3:55 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3, in the Ironwood Health & Rehabilitation Center. She was born on Aug. 24, 1908, in Poplar, Iowa, living in South Bend most of her life.

In 1926, in Racine, Wis., she married Howard C. Munyon, who died in 1967. Then, in South Bend, she married Carl Daily, who also preceded her in death in 1990. Eva is survived by three daughters, Marian Williams, Neoma Kruk, both of South Bend, and Lavon Whiteman of Bloomington, Ind.; a son, Wayne Munyon of Kingman, Ariz.; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and by her sister, Myrtle Gardner of Council Bluff, Iowa. Eva was a former member of the Community Congregational Church.

Services will be at 10 a.m. on Friday in the Forest G. Hay Funeral Home, 435 S. Ironwood, with Rev. Don Neely officiating. Interment will follow in Southlawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today in the funeral home.
