GRANGER - Patsy R. Dandino, 80, died Saturday in his home of natural causes. Survivors include his brother, Michael of Elkhart.

 

Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, Osceola, where friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday.

GRANGER, Ind. — Patsy R. “Pat” Dandino, 80, of Ashwood Drive, died at his residence Saturday of natural causes. He was born Feb. 18, 1926, in Elkhart, to Joseph and Rosina Dandino.

In 1944, he married Lois Daugherty. She died in 1993. He was a World War II veteran, serving in the Army before his honorable discharge in 1946. He was employed by Travelcraft of Elkhart and was the owner and operator of A-1 Remodeling for many years. He enjoyed cooking.

Survivors include his brother, Michael (Angie) Dandino of Elkhart; two grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and his longtime companion, Jackie Manns of Granger. He was preceded in death by his son, Dennis R. Dandino Sr. in 1999; two brothers, Nicholas and Johnathan; and three sisters, Stella, Lou and Antoinette.


Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Chapel Hill Funeral Home in Osceola. Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Chapel Hill, with interment to follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola.
