MISHAWAKA - Vera Rose Danser, 71, of Pheasant Run, died after an illness at 10:15 p.m. Thursday in the home of her daughter, Marcia Rue. Mrs. Danser was a nurse's aide at Holy Cross Health Care Center for the past 18 years. She was born March 6, 1924, in Jonesboro, Ind.

On Sept. 1, 1943, in Marion, Ind., as Vera Stone, she married Paul Danser. He survives with three daughters, Rose Ann Smith of Oakland, Calif., Karen Danser and Marcia Rue, both of Mishawaka; a son, Daniel of Mishawaka; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; five sisters, Betty Schroder of Anaheim, Calif., Mary Pellagrinni of Long Beach, Calif., Marjorie Clyde of Frankfort, Ind., Carolyn Kline of Ohio, and Janet Collins of Fairmount, Ind; and a brother, Donald Stone of Marion.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Thallemer-Goethals Funeral Home. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until time of services in the funeral home.
