Nancy P. Davis, 70, of Grand Blvd., Mishawaka, Ind., passed away after an illness at 4:55 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 26, in the Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center. Nancy was born on Feb. 9, 1930, in Danville, Ill., and had resided most of her life in this area.

She is survived by three daughters, Sandie Machler, of Plymouth, Ind., Debra Shelor-Jacobs of Mishawaka and Lorie Maxon of Elkhart, Ind.; a son, Gary Shelor of Pennsylvania; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; and by a sister, Betty Copas of Fowler, Ind. Nancy was preceded in death by a son, Brian Scott Davis.

She retired in 1984 from the Uniroyal Corporation after 31 years of service. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary American Legion #308, Osceola, and the VFW #360, Mishawaka.

Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday in the Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main Street, Mishawaka. Memorial contributions may be made to Riley Children's Hospital, Indianapolis, Ind.
