Alyce DeBlase

Word has been received of the death of Mrs. Alyce Myers DeBlase, 38, of Oak Park, Ill., wife of Dr. Anthony DeBlase, formerly of South Bend, Tuesday in her residence after a short illness.

She was born on Jan. 17, 1938 in Noblesville, Ind. In 1968 she married Dr. Anthony F. DeBlase who survives. Also surviving are her parents, Mr. and Mrs Chauncey Myers of Carmel, Ind.; and a son Stanley at home; a sister, Mrs. Carol Heywood of Kirkland, Wash, and a brother, Alan Myers of Carmel.

Memorial services will be in the Gray Friends Church, Noblesville. Burial will be in Friends Cemetery, east of Carmel. The Smith Funeral Home, Carmel is in charge of arrangements.
