SOUTH BEND – Miss Christina DeBlase, 71, of 1214 S. Fellows Street, died at 3 p.m. Sunday in her home after a lengthy illness. Born Nov. 1, 1909 in Chicago, she lived here most of her life. She is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Katherine Fotia, Mrs. Anna Fotia, and Santina DeBlase, all of South Bend; four brothers Mike, Sam, Joseph and Steve, all of South Bend.

 

She was a member of St. Matthew Catholic Cathedral. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the Guisinger Colonial Chapel.

Services for Miss Christina DeBlase, 71, of 1214 S. Fellows Street, who died Sunday at home after a lengthy illness, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Matthew’s Catholic Cathedral. Most Rev. Joseph R. Crowley, Auxiliary bishop, will officiate. Entombment will be in Highland Mausoleum. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today in the Guisinger Colonial Chapel.
