Camiel DeMaegt

August 29, 1910-March 9, 1935

 

Camiel DeMaegt, aged 24,of 1339 North Fremont Street, died at 6:45 o'clock this morning in Epworth Hospital after two weeks illness. 

 

He was born in South Bend, August 29, 1910, and spent all his life here.  He was employed as a trucker by the Studebaker Corporation.  He was married June 2, 1934, in South Bend, to Miss Margaret Lekens, of this city, who survives him.  He leaves his parents, Mr. & Mrs Alfons DeMaegt of South Bend; two brothers, Achiel & Raymond, and a sister, Margaret, all of South Bend. 

 

The body will lie this evening in the DeVos Mortuary in Mishawaka and after 9 o'clock Sunday morning in the residence.

 

The funeral will take place at 9 o'clock Tuesday morning in Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Rev. Gustave LeCoutere, pastor, singing the Requiem Mass.  Interment will be in Highland Cemetery.  The rosary will be recited at 7:30 o'clock Monday evening in the church.

Funeral Notes

Last services for Camiel DeMaegt, 1339 North Fremont Street, were held at 9 o'clock this morning in Sacred Heart Romand Catholic Church, Rev. Gustave LeCoutere, pastor, singing the Requiem Mass.  Burial was in Highland Cemetery.
