South Bend - Emma Doll, 75, of 310 N. Walsh Street, died at 1 a.m. Saturday morning at St. Joseph Medical Crnter. She was retired from Max Doll’s Jewelers. Born May 28, 1919 in Pforzheim, Germany, she had lived here since 1951, coming from Germany.
On April 23, 1938, in Pforzheim, she married Max H. Doll, who died Nov. 27, 1975. Surviving are a sister, Mina Mueller of South Bend, and a niece, Jeannette Slaby of South Bend.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday in the First Christian Church. Entombment will be in Highland Mausoleum. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in Welsheimer’s Funeral Home. Memorial contribuntions may be made to the First Christian Church.
