SOUTH BEND — Josephine (Sobczak) Dombkowski, 90, of Chicago, formerly of South Bend, died Sunday in Des Plaines, Ill. Survivors include two daughters, Maxine Giebs and Barbara Piegza; a son, Robert; and several sisters and brothers. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in St. Eugene Church, Chicago. Friends may call from 8 to 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Kolbus Funeral Home, Chicago.
