Sister Gethsemany Donnelly CSC

Sister Gethsemany died this morning at 11 o’clock at the convent at Notre Dame. She had been in delicate health for several years, but death was due to an attack of bronchial trouble and attendant complications. Sister Gethsemany, whose worldly name was Margaret Donnelly, was born in Ireland in 1844, and entered the country in 1872. Her occupation was sewing.

Funeral service for Sister Gethsemany, who died yesterday at the convent at Notre Dame, will be held at 8 o’clock tomorrow morning from Sacred Heart Church, Notre Dame. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
