Maude Dotson, 91, of Chamberlain Drive, South Bend, Ind., died at 4:40 a.m., Tuesday, in Northwood Nursing Home, South Bend. She was born on Feb. 10, 1905, in McGoffin County, Ky.

On April 23, 1929, as Maude Stephens, she married Estel Dotson, who preceded her in death on Sept. 6, 1996. She is survived by three sisters, Pearl Kantz of Edwardsburg, Mich., Vergie Whittaker of San Bernadino, Calif. and Elsie Joachim of South Bend; and a brother, Byron Stephens of South Bend.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, in the Forest G. Hay Funeral Home, 1201 S. Michigan St., South Bend. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., today, at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Sumption Prairie Cemetery. Mrs. Dotson was a member of the Church of God, Cleveland, Tenn.
