SOUTH BEND – Elizabeth O. Draves, 83, of Denver, formerly of South Bend, died at 6am Monday in Bear Creek Nursing Center, Morrison CO. Mrs. Drives was born July 29, 1911, in Mishawaka and lived in Denver for five years, going there from Detroit.

In Mishawaka, as Elizabeth Myers, she married Harry W. Draves. He died July 17, 1983. She is survived by a daughter, Barbara Lee of Littleton CO; a son, Kevin of Highland MI; six grandchildren; a sister, Mary Smithberger of South Bend; and a brother, Paul of Mishawaka.

Services will be at 10am Friday in Sacred Heart Basilica. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8pm Thursday in Hickey Funeral Home, 17131 Cleveland Road. Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer’s Association.
