Paul A. Driscoll, 87, of South Bend,
passed away Saturday morning October 6, 2001, in Memorial
Hospital South Bend. Born August 25, 1914, in Jay Co., Indiana to
Frank and Rosa (Early) Driscoll.
On June 8, 1940, in Cincinnati, Ohio, he
married the former Marie E. Widell who died April 15,
1992.
Surviving are his daughter, Christine Lyle
(Philip) of North Liberty, Indiana; a son, Dennis E. Driscoll of
South Bend; two grandchildren, Michelle and Brian Lyle. Mr.
Driscoll was a engineer in the Aerospace Division of the Bendix
Corp., from 1942 to 1983. He belonged to the Bendix Management
club, Masonic Lodge 294 F & AM.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. on
Tuesday, October 9, 2001, in Riverview Cemetery. There will be no
visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to Westminister
Presbyterian Church. The Welsheimer Funeral Home assisted the
family with arrangements.
