Eleanor L. Dudeck

Eleanor L. Dudeck, 88, of West 4B, Walkerton, Ind., formerly of Longley Street, South Bend, Ind., died at 11:30 p.m. on Tues-day, Oct. 17, in her son's residence. She was born on June 8, 1912, in South Bend, and was the daughter of the late Casmier and Agnes Pawlak. On June 12, 1935, in South Bend, as Eleanor Pawlak, she married Edmund Dudeck, who preceded her in death on Jan. 28, 1957. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Stanley Pawlak; and by a sister, Virginia Kwiatkowski. Mrs. Dudeck retired from Uniroyal and was also employed by the former Wilson Brothers. Mrs. Dudeck was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church and the Rosary Society of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church.

 

She is survived by two sons, LeRoy S. (Rosemary) Dudeck of Walkerton, Ind., and Ronald R. (Barbara) Dudeck of South Bend; seven grandchildren, Karen Ann Dudeck of North Carolina, Randy Dudeck of South Bend, Kelley Dudeck of Mishawaka, Ind., Aaron Dudeck of Walkerton, Brian Berich and Diana Henry, both of Fort Wayne, Ind., and Tony Minder of South Bend.

 

Family and friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. today, Oct. 20, in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Road, South Bend, where a Rosary will be said at 4 p.m. Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 21, in St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, with burial at St. Joseph Cemetery.
