Thaddeus H. Dudek

SOUTH BEND - Thaddeus H. ''Ted'' Dudek, 70, of South Kosciuszko Street, died at 1:30 a.m. today in St. Joseph's Medical Center. Mr. Dudek retired from Thermo Plastics. He was born March 10, 1925, in South Bend, and was a lifelong resident of the area.
On Oct. 4, 1947, in South Bend, he married Audrey E. Awald. She survives with two daughters, Theresa Borich of South Bend and Rosemary Dudek of Mishawaka; two sons, Michael of South Bend and William of Mishawaka; five grandchildren; and a sister, Sophie Morris of South Bend. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of American Legion Pulaski Post 357, Disabled American Veterans 39 and St. Adalbert's Catholic Church.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in St. Joseph Funeral Home. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation or American Heart Association.
