NOTRE DAME - Sister Margaret Mary Duggan CSC, 88, was born in Oakland, CA, to the late Daniel and Elizabeth Duggan. She is survived by a sister-in-law, two nieces and a nephew. Sister was an elementary and high school teacher. She taught in schools in the West: CA, ID, UT, NV and OR. Sister was with the St. Mary's College Overseas program. Memorial contributions may be made to the Sisters of the Holy Cross Ministry with the Poor Fund, Saint Mary's, Notre Dame, IN 46556.
