SOUTH BEND - Louise Jane Dunfee, 90, of Community Care Center, Wabash, Ind., formerly of 1212 Honan Drive, died at 5:55 p.m. Sunday in Community Care Center. Mrs. Dunfee was born Nov. 30, 1904, in South Bend. On April 9, 1924, as Louise Jane Byrum, she married S.H. ''Jim'' Dunfee. He died in 1979.
Surviving are a son, James H. of Port Richey, Fla.; a grandson, James H. Dunfee Jr. of South Bend; and a granddaughter, Lynn Watson of Wabash. She was a member of Sunnyside Presbyterian Church, South Bend Lady Elks, South Bend Shrine Club and Order of Eastern Star No. 2 of South Bend.
Private graveside services will be in Highland Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Services, Roann (Ind.) Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph County Heart Association, Leukemia Division of American Cancer Society or the church. (nf)
