Lucille had regularly attended the Otsego Haus senior daycare center in Gaylord since 2000, and was a parishioner of St. Mary's Catholic Church. Prior to her illness, she was an accomplished china painter, and enjoyed coin collecting, playing cards, and traveling to Florida each winter. Both Lucille and husband Charles were active in the Knights of Columbus organization prior to his death, and Lucille was active as a Eucharistic minister at Holy Cross Church in South Bend prior to her move to Gaylord.
A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, Nov. 24, at 11 a.m. in St. Mary's Catholic Church. Interment will be at the Riverview Cemetery in South Bend.
