Mrs. Aurilla Eberhart, 99, of 922 S. 32 St., died at 6:33 a.m. today in the Cardinal Nusring Home after a brief illness. She was born on March 17, 1879 in Reed City, Mich. She lived most of her life in the South Bend-Mishawaka area. As Aurilla Van Winkle in Nov 1897 in South Bend, she married Will Eberhart, who died in 1940.

 

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Vera Casey of Mishawaka; four sons, Clem of Goshen, Donald of South Bend, Ray of Mishawaka and Gene of Scottsdale, Ariz.; 16 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Mable Wooster of North Liberty.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Hollis-Palmer Funeral Home, 2528 Mishawaka Ave., with Rev. Thomas Murphy, pastor of the Gospel Center Missionary Church, officiating. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery, Mishawaka. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Gospel Center Missionary Church, where she was a member.
