Juanita E. Eberhart

Mrs. Ray Eberhart, aged 36, died in her home on U. S. highway 20, north of Mishawaka, Saturday morning at 12:30 o'clock, after being ill for eight months.

 

She was born in Thornton, Ind., Nov. 10, 1906, and came to Mishawaka from that place 15 years ago. She married Mr. Eberhart in Lansing, Mich., June 6, 1928, as Miss Juanita E. McClane. Mrs. Eberhart is survived by her husband; two daughters, Doris Rae and Betty Joyce; and one son, James Frederick, all at home; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph McClane of Elkhart, Ind.; five brothers, Winton McClane of Mishawaka, Archie and Roger McClane, of Jackson, Mich., Clarence and Joseph McClane, of Elkhart, and four sisters, Mrs. Cleo Warren, of Culver, Ind., Mrs. Ulle Benko, and Mrs. Ordella Kovatch, South Bend, and Mrs. Jeannette Kyle, of Jackson.

 

Funeral services were held in the home at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon, and were conducted by the Rev. H. H. Hashberger, pastor of the Willow Creek Methodist church. Burial was in Fairview cemetery.
