Mrs. Inis B. Emmons

Jun. 26, 1894 - Aug. 18, 1983

Mrs. Inis B, Emmons, 89, of 702 E. Colfax, died at 3 p.m. Thursday in the Norfhwood Nursing Home after an extended illness. She was

born  in Lakeville on June 26, 1894, and moved here in 1911 from Lakeville. As Inis Bunch she married J.D. Emmons on July 24, 1918, in South Bend. He died on Oct. 1, 1963, Surviving are a brother, Dr. Lisle K. Bunch of Houston, Tex., two nieces and a nephew. Mrs. Emmons was employed at the former American Trust Co. for 32 years and at McGann Securities for eight years.

Interment will be at Southlawn

Cemetery, after cremation, There will be no visitation.  The Everett Ballard Funeral Home in Mishawaka handled arrangements. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
