SOUTH BEND - Joseph E. Enright, 50, of Ridgewood Drive, Edwardsburg, formerly of South Bend, died at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Elkhart General Hospital. Mr. Enright was a self-employed computer consultant. He was born July 27, 1943, in Beech Grove, Ind.

He is survived by his former wife, Patricia Adams of Edwardsburg; a daughter, Caroline Enright of Edwardsburg; three sons, Craig and Thomas, both of Edwardsburg, and Paul of Niles; his mother, Helen ''Holly'' Enright of South Bend; four sisters, Kathy O'Connor of South Bend, Patricia Hammer of Middletown, N.J., Nancy Enright of Concord, Mass., and Holly Kahlich of San Jose, Calif.; and two brothers, Timothy of South Bend and Scott of Travers Rest, S.C. He was a veteran of the Air Force.

Services will be at noon Saturday in St. Anthony de Padua Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday in Hickey Funeral Home, 3516 E. Jefferson Blvd., where a wake will be at 5 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association or any charity.
