Palma Fanti

Mishawaka – Mrs. Palma Fanti, 89, of 326 W. 11th St., died Friday afternoon in the Golden Age Manor Nursing Home following an illness of five years.

 

Born in Cesenatico, Italy Dec. 10, 1883, she lived here since 1920, coming from Cesenatico.

 

On Nov. 14, 1910 in Cesenatico as Palma Brunazzi, she was married  to Ercola A. Fanti. He died in 1948.

 

Surviving are two sons, Primo J. and Raymond A. Fanti, and a daughter, Mrs. Lucy D. Garnoy, all of Mishawaka, five grandchildren; seven great- grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren

 

Friends may call at the DeVos Funeral Chapel after 7 p.m. today where funeral arrangements are being completed.

Funeral services for Mrs. Palma Fanti, 89, of 326 W. 11th St., who died Friday afternoon in the Golden Age Nursing Home following an illness of five years, will be held in St. Bav’s Catholic Church. Rev Stebven Cvaniga will officiate, and burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

 

The rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. today in the DeVos Funeral Chapel, where friends may call until the services Monday.
