Josephine C. Farago, 81, of 63300 Pecan Road, North Liberty, Ind., passed away after an extended illness at 5:26 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 10, in LaPorte Hospital. She was born in Chicago, Ill. on Feb. 17, 1917 and lived here since 1956 coming from East Chicago, Ind.

She was married on April 14, 1956 in East Chicago to Frank M. Farago. He passed away on Dec. 6, 1980. She is survived by two daughters, Barbara Farago, at home, and Ann Farago of New Orleans, La.

Services will be at 11 a.m. (EST) on Saturday in St. Anthony Church, Fishlake, with Michael G. Heimer officiating. Burial will take place at Sumption Prairie Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday in the funeral home.
