SOUTH BEND - Vera Maxine Fay, 84, died Dec. 3, 2007, in
Hospice House. She was born April 4, 1923, in Mishawaka, to John
C. and Ida (Brown) Gropp.
Survivors are a daughter, Cindy Fay of South
Bend; grandchildren, Cory Fay and Kacie Underly of
Mishawaka; great-grandchildren, Bronson Fay and Gage Suetkamp
of Mishawaka; and brothers, Roger Gropp of Mishawaka and Bernie
Gropp of Osceola.
A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Friday,
April 4, in the Mausoleum Chapel of St. Joseph Valley Memorial
Park, Granger, with interment following the services. The Hickey
Funeral Homes and Cremation Service is handling arrangements.
