Mrs. Helen Fenska
Mrs. Helen I. Fenska, 74, of 1431 Portage Ave., died at 3:30 pm Sunday in Memorial Hospital where she had benn a patient for five weeks. She was born July 31, 1887 in Wantah and lived in South Bend since 1911, coming from Danville, Ill. She was married in LaPorte to Charles Fenska, who died in 1947. Surviving are a son, Roger R., of South Bend; two daughters, Mrs. Otto Seifert and Miss Nina Fenska, both of South Bend; a brother, Charles Kuss, of Delray Beach, Fla., five grandchildren and a great -grandchild.
Services will be held at 3pm Tuesday in Welsheimer Funeral Home, with Rev. Walter D. Oberholtzer, pastor of the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4pm today.

FENSKA-Pallbearers for the services today of Mrs. Helen Fenska, 74, of 1431 Portage Ave., who died Sunday, were Robert and Ronald Seifert, Richard Fenska, John Slott, John Stancati and Arthur Frohwerk. Burial was in Riverview Cemetery.
