SOUTH BEND - Daniel D. Fish, 82, of North Adams Street, died at 4:20 a.m. Saturday in Healthwin Hospital. Mr. Fish retired in 1975 from AM General Corp. He was born Sept. 24, 1913, in Hopkins, Minn., and moved here 55 years ago from Detroit.

On Nov. 9, 1940, he married Louise Jankowski. She died April 21, 1966. Then on Sept. 15, 1966, he married Kathryn (Jankowski) Wallisch. She survives with a daughter, Barbara L. Vaszari of South Bend; a son, David of Niles; a stepdaughter, Kathleen Conner of South Bend; four grandchildren; and one step-grandchild. He was a member of Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 58.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Joseph Funeral Home. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today in the funeral home, where a wake service will be at 7 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society.
