Rosa V. A. Fleming

Mishawaka - Rosa V. A. Fleming, 71, OF 500 Lincoln Way East, died at 2:50 a.m. today in St. Joseph Hospital following an extended illness. She was born June 20, 1914 in Watford, Ontario, and lived her for 50 years after coming from Sarnia, Ontario.

 

As Rosa V. A. Ransley she married Albert J. Fleming June 19, 1937 in Sarnia. He died Sept. 19, 1977. She is survived by four sons, Robert H. of Churubusco, Ind., James of Osceola. E. John of Mishawaka and Thomas of Georgetown, Texas; 10 grandchildren; three sisters, Beatrice Durry, Florence Jay and Annie Smith, all of Sarnia; and three brothers, Jessie, Robert J. and James Ransley, all of Sarnia.

 

Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. today in the Bubb Funeral Chapel. Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home. Entombment will be in Riverview Mausoleum, South Bend. Mrs. Fleming was a member of the Eastern Star 267 and White Shrine 22, which will conduct a service at 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
