Mrs. Edna M. Flory, 82, of Rt 2 New Carlisle, died at 9:18 pm Sunday in the LaPorte General Hospital. She had been in failing health for several years. Frs. Flory was a retired music teacher. She was born in South Bend June 20, 1890. As Edna Wright on June 20, 1910, in Grovertown, Ind., she was married to Frank C Flory, who survives. Also surviving are a son, Wilford of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; a daughter, Mrs. June Ames of New Carlisle; three grandchildren; four great grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Elva McKinney of Michigan City, and three brothers, Russell and Clayton Wright, both of Elkhart and Kenneth Wright of Osceola. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm Tuesday in the Hollis Funeral Home, where services will be conducted at 2 pm Wednesday. Rev. Ransom Ebersole, pastor of the Suburban Gardens Church of Christ, New Carlisle, of which she was a member, officiating, assisted by Rev. Orval J. Smith, pastor of the Community Chapel Church, Michigan City. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.
