SOUTH BEND – Mrs. Anne Fotia, 62, of 801 E. Bronson, died at 1:42 Tuesday in St. Joseph Hospital after a 1½ year illness. She was part owner of Fotia’s Supermarket, Mishawaka. She was born April 23, 1918 in South Bend and she had lived here all her life.

 

On Aug. 6, 1949 in Mishawaka she married Frank Foita who survives. Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Katherine Fotia of South Bend and Miss Santina DeBlase of South Bend and four brothers, Mike, Joseph and Steve DeBlase, all of South Bend, and Sam DeBlase of Niles, Mich.

 

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. Rev. Thomas K. Aurcher CSC, pastor, will officiate. Entombment will be in Highland Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in the Guisinger Colonial Chapel, where the rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
