SOUTH BEND - A beloved wife and mother, Elizabeth (Libby) Fouts was welcomed into God's kingdom on December 31, 2009. She is survived by her husband Ralph; children Rebecca Nowacki of Mishawaka and Deborah Galindo of West Covina CA, Andrew Fouts of Conyers, GA; sister Susan Squires of San Antonio TX., 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Per Libby's wishes, services have not been planned. Palmer Funeral Home- River Park is handling arrangements.
