LAKEVILLE - Services for Roland H. Garrett, 69, of Osborne Road, who died at 6 a.m. Monday in his home after an illness, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Hickey Funeral Home, 3516 E. Jefferson Blvd., South Bend. Entombment will be in Riverview Mausoleum, South Bend. Friends may call two hours before services Thursday in the funeral home.

Mr. Garrett retired as a self-employed exhibit manufacturer after 20 years of service. He was born Nov. 8, 1924, in Lakeville, and was a lifelong area resident.

On Oct. 8, 1946, in South Bend, he married Carley Chapman. She survives, with three sons, Douglas H. of Mishawaka, Robert W. of South Bend, and Greg A. of Lakeville; five grandchildren; and three sisters, Donnabelle Dunn of Phoenix, Pauline Fuchs of Lakeville, and Maribelle Thornton of South Bend.
