MISHAWAKA - Anthony Germano, of 321 West 4^th Street, died Monday afternoon on his 76^th birthday in Healthwin Hospital, South Bend, where he had been a patient for three months. He was born March 23, 1894 in Plati, Italy, and came to Mishawaka 11 years ago, from Gary, Ind. upon retirement from US Steel of Gary after 20 years of service. Among survivors are two daughters, Mrs. John Frattali and Mrs. Frank Morabito, both of Conaga Park, Calif.; a brother, Frank Germano of Mishawaka; a sister, Mrs Antonia Carboni, of Plati, Italy; three nephews, Rocco Germano of Mishawaka and Anthony and Dominic Germano of South Bend; a niece, Mrs. Stanley Koscielski of Plati, Italy. He was a veteran of World War I.

Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at the Bubb Funeral Home where a rosary will be recited at 8 p.m.. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home, officiated by the pastor of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
