SOUTH BEND - Mrs. Sola Gillespie, 91, of South Bend,
Indiana passed away on Saturday, May 24, 2008. Originally from
Milan, Tennessee, Mrs. Gillespie had been a South Bend resident
since 1950.
She was preceded in death by her husband
Booker T. Gillespie in 1951. Her daughter, Helen Barham of
Milan, TN survives her.
The funeral ceremony for Mrs. Gillespie is
today at 11:00 a.m. in Cobb Funeral Home-South Bend Chapel, 3525
S. Michigan St., with Pastor Haygood of Pilgrim Baptist Church
officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.
