Jacquelyn Dee Gizzi, 30, died in the evening on Wednesday, March 17.
She was born on May 15, 1968, to Vernon and Diane Zolman. She resided in South Bend, Ind., for nine years following her graduation from Ball State University, Muncie, Ind. She was a receptionist at St. Paul's Retirement Community, South Bend.
She is survived by her parents; and her sons, Cory Gizzi, age 7, and Rocky Gizzi, age 6; her sister, Stefani Diane DeSchepper of Mishawaka, Ind.; and by a brother, Nathan D. Zolman of South Bend.
Private services for Jacquelyn were held on Friday, March 19, at the Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 North Main Street, Mishawaka. Cremation has taken place.
