MISHAWAKA - E. E. ''Gene'' Gleissner, 84, of Prairie Village, Kan., formerly of Mishawaka, died Tuesday in his home. Survivors include his wife, Sally J. ''Sara''; three sons, Gerry of Lenexa, Kan., Rob of Overland Park, Kan., and Tom of Chesterfield, Mo.; and a sister, Dolly Nix of Mishawaka.
Services were at 10 a.m. today in St. Ann's Catholic Church, Prairie Village. D.W. Newcomer's Sons, Overland Park, handled arrangements.
Editor: He married Sara Janet Gerard Oct. 30, 1946 in St. Joseph County. She died in Johnson County KS Dec. 24, 1998.
