GRANGER - Richard Francis Good, 53, of Granger, passed away in Cancun, Mexico, on Monday, July 26th. All who knew Richard know what a wonderful son, father, brother, boss and friend he was. He was successful in all areas of his life. He was extremely intelligent and received a bachelor's degree from the University of Akron in Industrial Management. He owned a successful business that has grown and prospered for over 26 years. He loved to travel, and had been to many exotic locations, including Jamaica, St. Martins and Puerto Vallarta. He also loved spending time with his family and friends, supported Right to Life, and loved Notre Dame football. He has helped so many people throughout his life and has left a lasting legacy through his family, friends and business. He was greatly loved and will be greatly missed. Richard's surviving family includes his mother, Pauline Good-Hales of Akron, Ohio; two children, Autumn and Maryann of Granger; former wife, Lou (Bailey); girlfriend, Colleen Krugh; three sisters, Linda (Darrell) Olson of Watauga, Texas, Francine Good of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, and Debbie (Greg) Eldridge of Mogadore, Ohio; two nephews, Justin and Tyler Eldridge; two nieces, Kathy Dorsey and Erica Olson; and numerous close friends. Richard was preceded in death by his father, Francis, and by his grandparents. Visitation will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. on Monday, August 2nd, and the funeral will be held on Tuesday, August 3rd, at noon, with viewing one hour prior to service in the McGann Hay Granger Chapel at 13260 SR 23, Granger.
