Raymond Gross

July 29, 1911 - July 21, 1996

Raymond Gross, 84, of 605 W. 12th St., Mishawaka, Ind., was found at his residence Monday morning. He passed away Sunday July 21, of natural causes. He had been a resident of Mishawaka since 1980, coming from Elkhart.

He was born on July 29, 1911, in Ligonier, Ind.

Mr. Gross never married. He is survived by five nieces and five nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Leonard Gross and a sister, Eleanor Horn.

In 1977 he retired from Tele-dyne Manufacturing Company, Elkhart, after working there for 36 years.

Friends will be received from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday July 24, at Westbrook-Metz & Clouse Funeral Home, 1129 Prairie St., Elkhart, Ind., where there will be a vigil service at 6 p.m. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday July 25, , at St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church, Elkhart, Ind., with Rev. James Myers, Associate Pastor of the church, officiating. Burial will be in St. Vincent's Cemetery, Elkhart, Ind.

Memorials may be given to the church.

Mr. Gross was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Mishawaka, Ind., and a former member of St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church, Elkhart, Ind.
