Louella Jane Gyorgyi, 88, of South Bend, IN and Fort Myers Beach, FL passed away at 10:00 p.m. on Monday, December 27, 2004 in her daughter's home. She was the daughter of Melton O. and Grace E. Brannan and was a lifelong River Parker.

On October 23, 1937 she married Louis Gyorgyi and enjoyed 59 years of marriage prior to his passing on April 9, 1997. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Dick Hendrickson of South Bend; five grandchildren, Rick Hendrickson of West Lafayette, Jon (Laurie Collado) Hendrickson of South Bend, Doug Hendrickson of Fort Myers Beach, FL, Robert and Amy Hendrickson of South Bend and Joe Hendrickson of Fort Wayne; three great granddaughters, Melina, Kyra, and Mara; brothers and sisters, Bob and Rosemary Brannan of Brooksville, FL, Elizabeth Williams of Goshen, Marjorie Gyorgyi of Peoria, AZ and John and Doris Gyorgyi of South Bend and Bonita Springs, FL; and by many nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place. She will be buried in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park after the earth has warmed. Palmer Funeral Home-River Park, South Bend is assisting the family with arrangements.
