MISHAWAKA - Helen H. Hamman, 74, of 605 S. Logan St., died at 5 a.m. Saturday in her residence. Mrs. Hamman formerly worked for Bendix and Uniroyal. She was born May 27, 1922, in Cassville, Wis., living in Mishawaka most of her life.
On May 28, 1947, in South Bend, as Helen H. Hubanks, she married Charles Hamman. He died Aug. 14, 1977. Surviving are two sons, David R. and James T., both of Mishawaka; three grandchildren; five sisters, Shirley Nelson, Bertha Wallace, Delores Bryant, Mary McDonald and Gloria Hubanks, all of Mishawaka; and a brother, Robert Hubanks of Detroit. She formerly attended First Baptist Church of Mishawaka.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main St. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call two hours before services in the funeral home.
