August 27, 1956. this is not my Mary Haney, totally wrong person!
Mrs. Mary Adelaide Haney, 77, of 15580 Indiana Route 23, Granger, died at 3
AM today in the home of her son, Louis B. Haney with whom she lived.  Mrs.
Haney had been ill two months.  She was born in West Liberty, Kentucky, and
moved to Granger 1 1/2 years ago from Topeka, Kansas.  As Mary Adelaide
Lewis she married Wilson N. Haney and Kentucky and 1907.  He died in 1936.
Surviving besides the assignment with whom she lived, are another son, Clyde
W. Haney, of South Bend; two daughters, Mrs. Willard Moeshli, of Tokyo,
Japan, and Mrs. Marion Laskowski, of Sierra Madre, CA, and 17 grandchildren.
Other survivors include four sisters, Mrs. Sue Pelfrey, of Floress,
Kentucky, Mrs. Dennis Mullen, of Ellenton, Kentucky, Mrs. Erwin Dennis and
Mrs. Woodson Johnston, both of Topeka, and the three brothers, William Key
Lewis, John Edward Lewis and Clarence B. Lewis.  The body was sent to the
Eslinger Funeral Home, Topeka, for services there Friday.  Burial will be in
the Rochester Cemetery, Topeka.
